Hard work and genetics have blessed me with a body that is lean and toned.
I've led an active life as long as I can remember. I grew up riding horses and pedaling my bicycle all over the small town where I was raised. I began running at age 14, became an aerobics instructor in my early 20's, discovered the camaraderie of running 10K races with my friends in my late 20's, and so my activities have continued through to today. These days, I keep myself in shape with regular jogging and going to ecstatic dance twice a week. I enjoy having a strong body that gives me the freedom to stay active.
I love telling people I'm in my 40's and being a positive example of what's possible with our bodies.
